Mindful Monday Moments

I encourage you to notice the way you breathe today. Throughout the day, take at least three, one minute breaks to check how you are breathing. Is it calm and quiet? Or did you notice that you are breathing short and shallow?


To maintain mindfulness, take three deep breaths out and in while you feel your body relax and your mind return to being present. Stay here quietly while you follow your breath. Maintain your beautiful mindful mind as long as you can before your next break.
