Mindful Moment


HI everyone!

For today I felt that while we sat today at 1:08 PM we could take a few deep breaths and then try to release the tension in our body by taking more deep breaths. Once you feel relaxed, then spend some moments feeling: LOVE! Sit in it and send out the love you feel that you can give away to the Universe! Now sit and relish in LOVE for a few moments. Once you feel relaxed and love try to bring that feeling with you and share it with whomever you interact with for the rest of the day! The more you practice this mindful way of being the easier and more natural it will become.
